Bihar Entrepreneurs Association (BEA) is organizing The Annual Flagship event, 4th BiharEntrepreneurship Summit cum "StartUp Bihar" (चतुर्थीय बिहार उद्यमिता सम्मलेन "स्टार्टअप बिहार") on March 21st and 22nd 2017, catering 8 crore (80 milion) Youth Population of Bihar. It’s a Festival of Entrepreneurs, a tribute to All StartUp, Entrepreneurs and Youth who are working to Make "An Enterprising Bihar".
We are organizing this in partnership with Department of Industries, Govt. of Bihar, Entrepreneurs Association of India (EAI) and 27 National and International partners and Institutions. We are meeting different stakeholders, Govt and Non-govt departments, Organization, Entrepreneurs, Investors, Individuals for thinking it, designing it and making it successful this year also. This year BES is working on two theme, first is "StartUp Bihar" and second is "Invest in Bihar".
The highlight feature this year will be Tech cum StartUp Expo of Technological Products and Services, StartUps and and from Innovative Organizations.
How BES 2014, 2015 and 2016 rejuvenated the Entrepreneurship Ecosystem of this state is already published in media, visible to the public by new StartUp in the state and is well appreciated by the society. BES has been a major Breakthrough Platform for all who are interested in Bihar.
BES-15 and paved the way for making Bihar the Next StartUp Destination with Bihar StartUp Policy, Incubation Centres, a 500 cr State Venture Capital Fund, Bihar StartUp Yatra among some initiatives andBES-16 gave Udyog Samwad, StartUp Committee to implement StartUp Policy, many tie-ups.
Around 3000 participants are expected to be present with thousands visiting the EXPO.
We have been working for last four years for making "An Enterprising Bihar", with Entrepreneurs (all who have been doing good in last decade-more than 700 in numbers), more than 15000 online registered members, Seed Fund, Angel Investors & VCs; Organizations like EAI; Academicians and Consultants from organizations like Harvard, Oxford, Virginia, IIMs, IITs, LSE, ; Bankers; youth Students (Potential Entrepreneurs) from top institutes etc.
During BES-17, only 3000 participants (out of more 15,000 registrations) will be allowed to be present from across the globe, many with New Investment proposals, products and services. BEA has been partnerwith Govt of Guizhou, China, Govt of Turkey to name a few in the past for Entrepreneurship, Trade and Investment.
